KLAS Report Recognizes Aprima as a Top-Tier Vendor of Ambulatory RCM Services for the Large and Small Clinic Category

Revenue cycle management leader receives consistently high marks from healthcare providers for its performance 

DALLAS, TX (January 9, 2018)Aprima Medical Software, a leading provider of innovative electronic health records (EHR), practice management (PM) and revenue cycle management solutions (RCM) for medical practices, today announced that it has again earned top-tier rating for the large and small clinic category from providers in the KLAS report Ambulatory RCM Services 2017: Finding Consistent Partners. The annual report evaluates how several RCM vendors compare to one another in their ability to meet market and client needs. Interviews with users of these vendors’ RCM service provided the ratings and data.

Aprima was recognized as a high performing vendor for overall performance in the large (11+ physicians) and small clinic category. Aprima also demonstrated tremendous consistency in its ratings. While many of the 10 RCM vendors KLAS Research reviewed scored high in some areas and lower in others, Aprima rated highly across multiple categories, including which companies are true business partners, denials management versus money’s worth, combined 2016 and 2017 customer satisfaction, guidance and partnership and transparency into billing/financial operations.
