All roads lead to Dallas for Aprima’s 2016 User Conference
The 7th annual Aprima User Conference is a “don’t miss” event that promises to provide unique benefits to each person in your practice, regardless of whether you’re a physician, administrator, or part of the clinical or office staff.

This year we’re heading back to the Omni Dallas Hotel August 5-7 for three jam-packed days of education, networking, and fun. Last year we hosted over 600 customers, resellers and partners and expect to break a new attendance record this year as well. What’s the big draw – and why do clients continue to return to the conference year after year?
Participants tell us the format offers a great mix of product update news, tips for using Aprima more effectively, and lots of time to talk one-on-one with Aprima experts. Customers have opportunities to network with one another informally and during focused break-out sessions, so you’re sure to connect with other users who share your specialty, face similar challenges, or are using their system in an especially creative way. As Diannna Ragsdale of Serenity Now Psychiatric and Counseling Services shared, “We learn from each other!”
Because the conference is in Dallas where we are headquartered, many Aprima staff members are able to participate. Clients tell us that a favorite aspect of the conference is the ability to meet face-to-face with Aprima staff that they interact with remotely on a regular basis. There’s nothing like putting a face with a name to help build on a great relationship!
Aprima’s whole management team is also on hand to share updates on the company and products, as well as to hear users’ concerns – and accolades, of course! Many of our partners and sponsors are also available to share details on products and services that extend Aprima’s capabilities and make users more productive.
The conference includes dozens of classes, break-out sessions, and one-on-one tech support opportunities, giving participants the chance to learn and interact in a way that’s simply not possible in a webinar or through a video. Whether you are a provider, biller, officer manager, or revenue cycle specialist, you’ll find learning opportunities that matches your area of interest.
Of course we’ll also carve out time for fun in the evening! Friday night’s festivities will get kicked off with a casual dinner, followed by plenty of chances to win big while using play money at the blackjack and craps tables. If you’re a lucky winner you can exchange your winnings for some great prizes.
Finally, throughout the conference everyone can take a few minutes to stop by a special room dedicated to the making of blankets, gift bags, and other items for children at Children’s Medical Center in Dallas. This is the fourth year we’ve hosted this popular activity, which has resulted in the delivery of more than 1,000 activity bags and blankets for the hospitalized children and their families.
