Mount Olive Family Medicine Chooses Aprima EHR and Practice Management Solution

Aprima’s EHR/PM solution improves workflow for high-volume, six-physician practice

DALLAS –October 14, 2010 – Aprima Medical Software, a leading developer of electronic health record (EHR), practice management (PM) and revenue cycle management (RCM) solutions for medical practices, today announced that Mount Olive Family Medicine, a designated Rural Health Center in Mount Olive, N.C., has selected Aprima’s EHR/PM solution for its mid-size physician practice.

Dilda is confident that the practice will qualify for Meaningful Use incentives under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). “Aprima has done its homework,” she said. “We are confident that we will qualify for the stimulus funds.”

Mount Olive Family Medicine is also eligible for a 10 percent additional “Meaningful Use” bonus incentive that is available to practices working in a Rural Health Setting. Under the Medicaid program, this can take the $63,750 maximum payment per eligible provider up to $70,125.
