
Senior Vice President of Sales
Mr. Richards serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales and is a member of the management team at Aprima. He joined in December 2008. He is a proven leader, manager and sales professional with over 25 years of healthcare sales experience and high-level expertise in healthcare and technology, including all aspects of software, systems, and services. At Aprima he leads the direct and reseller sales channels and contributes to the development of marketing programs for the company.
Prior to joining Aprima, he was most recently at McKesson's Physician Practice Solutions business unit, where he held the position of Division Vice President of Group Practice Sales. At McKesson, he successfully managed four direct sales teams for the Practice Partner and Horizon Practice Plus software suites selling into the physician and hospital markets.
Mr. Richards holds a B.S. Degree in Marketing and Management from Maryland's Towson State University's School of Business and Economics.
